I have a S5000 Fujifilm camera but I don’t really understand how to work it. Whenever I take a close up photo it blurs. I’ve tried all different settings too. I want to take macro photos?

The closest you can be to your subject on the Macro setting is 4 inches when the lens is at its widest setting.
If you have the camera set to telephoto, the closest you can get to your subject is 3 feet.
